Welcome to Community Church's Alpha course!
If you have questions about Christianity or are a new Christian
we would love to invite you to join the next Alpha course
which will be starting on 5th March 2021 on Zoom.
Alpha is for everyone; no question is out of bounds and
you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.
We don't assume any background knowledge of or belief in
Christianity and everyone is welcome.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life
in an informal, fun and friendly environment. The Alpha
course consists of a series of talks, looking at topics
including 'Who is Jesus?' and 'Why and how do I pray?'.
Due to Covid we will meet
on Zoom to watch a video, this is followed by discussion in a small group.
Alpha runs every Friday for 11 weeks in the evenings from 7.45pm
to 9.00pm from the 5th of March and one Saturday, the 10th of April.
You don't even have to come to the whole course! “ just
pop along for the first night and see what you think. No
pressure.
